* We ask all clients to take out personal medical and repatriation insurance for the off-road riding. For UK residents we can arrange this for you through a UK insurance company at a cost of €30 plus €5 per off-road riding day. Please contact us if you need further details. Prices are based on twin or triple person shared room accommodation; single rooms can be arranged for the Hotel Flamingo (Option A) for an additional €20 per night; for the Hotel Panavera (Option B), the single room supplement is an extra €10 per night. Our local airport, Reus, is served by budget airlines such as Ryanair, and Barcelona International also receives budget airlines such as Vueling. A €150 deposit will secure your tour dates, and the balance needs to be paid by card, cheque or IBAN bank transfer 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. We don't charge any damage deposit. Basically, our approach is that you treat our bikes like you would if borrowing a friend's, and return it as you got it though a few scratches are not a problem for us, dropping the bike a few times is to be expected.
